Aquí en ADP, nuestro objetivo es catapultar el éxito de estudiantes Latinxs diseñado por sus sueños individuales. Simplemente les mostramos cómo convertir sus aspiraciones en realidad. Nuestra misión es poner la llave correcta en la mano de cada estudiante y ayudar a ELLOS cambiar el mundo entero.

To become and remain an ADP student, each participant is required to complete at least 400 hours of community service by their scheduled graduation date.
Through ADP, our students become leaders, innovators and MORE than dreamers. They become doers. ADP students are molded by their community service, academic performance, and familial support. ADP is a family-centered program that guides parents as well as students throughout college planning, career readiness, and scholarship allocation.

After attending an in-person appointment and registration, each family will receive their first ADP appointment time slot within 1-2 weeks.
We can't wait to see you here!
Following the initial ADP appointment, all students are registered as volunteers with a local nonprofit organization. As a volunteer, they join other ADP students in career exploration through community service.
ADP students receive mentorship, counseling and guidance before, during and after high school.
If interested individuals have a GED or high school equivalent and are actively seeking opportunity, please book an appointment with us. We'd love to help!

Mr. Cruz serves ADP students and families to ensure college planning and scholarship allocation success. Mr. Cruz is a licensed agent who services the Latino community exclusively. He is a blessing to our ADP family.
ADP Lecturer and Tutor
Mr. Calleros teaches ADP Foundations Class and tutors ADP students K-12. Mr. Calleros is a Notre Dame Pre-Scholars Fellow and a recipient of St. Joseph's Boys and Girls' Club most distinguished award.
ADP Tutor
Ms. Jannet is a passionate and dedicated ESL tutor who loves helping students from grades K-12 develop their English language skills. With a warm and caring approach, she creates a supportive learning environment.
